All rotations done at Jacobi unless otherwise specified, except electives which can be done clinical or research and can be done at Jacobi, Montefiore-Moses, Montefiore-Weiler or AECOM (Albert Einstein College of Medicine).

PGY1

  • 4 months Medicine Floors (approximately 3 at Jacobi/ 1 at Montefiore-Weiler)
  • 1.5 months Specialty Floors (HIV, Oncology, Pulmonary)
  • 1.5 months CCU (split between Jacobi and Montefiore-Weiler)
  • 1 month Night Medicine
  • 1 month ICU
  • 1 month Ambulatory
  • 1 month Elective for Categorical Interns, 1.5 months for Preliminary Interns
  • 1 month Vacation

PGY2

  • 2-2.5 months Elective
  • 2 months Medicine Floors (split between Jacobi and Montefiore-Weiler)
  • 2 months Ambulatory
  • 1 month ICU
  • 1 month CCU (at Montefiore-Weiler)
  • 1 month Emergency Medicine
  • 1 month Vacation
  • 0.5-1 month Night Float
  • 0.5 month Day Float
  • 0.0-0.5 month Specialty Floors (Pulmonary)

PGY3

  • 3 months Elective
  • 2 months Ambulatory
  • 1.5-2 months Senior Medical Resident/Medicine Consults
  • 1-2 months Medicine Floors (split between Jacobi and Montefiore-Weiler)
  • 1-1.5 months CCU
  • 1 month Specialty Floors (Oncology and HIV)* 1 month Vacation
  • 0.5-1 months Night Unit Chief CCU/ICU
  • 0-0.5 months Night Medical Admitting Resident (Weiler)
