Malpractice Insurance

Malpractice insurance coverage is provided by the Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC) of the City of New York

Education Benefit

CIR provides: $650 Professional Education Plan (PEP) each year

$1,500 Conference allowance (total over 3 years)

Health Coverage

Choice of health plans provided by HHC. Medical Plan, GHI-Comprehensive benefits program of Health Insurance Plan (HIP) or Group Health Incorporated (GHI) plus Blue Cross Hospital Benefits. All Plans include maternity benefits and benefits for dependent children.

Prescription Coverage

CIR provides: $500 yearly for member and $500 yearly for each dependent

CIR provides: $100 yearly for each member in family, with rollover
